Florida AG investigating former owner of now-closed Orlando extended stay

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Attorney General’s Office is investigating the former owner of an Orlando extended-stay hotel for alleged price gouging of hotel room rates during Hurricane Milton in 2024.

News 6 learned of the existence of the investigation on Thursday after we found a document filed in the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
