It turns out SoDo is not the only neighborhood getting a new dose of café con leche.
After recently confirming they are moving into the former Brick & Fire Pizza space at 1621 S. Orange Ave., the team behind Zaza Cuban Comfort Food has now confirmed to Bungalower that they are also taking over the recently closed Pig Floyd’s Urban Barbakoa location on Lee Road in Winter Park.
Zaza told Bungalower that they have long been friends and collaborators with the Pig Floyd’s team and became aware of the opportunity before the restaurant closed. The group had already been looking for a way to expand into Winter Park and decided to move quickly when the space became available…
