An Orlando woman will appear in court for concealing $13 worth of food on her person during a return trip to Walmart.
Surveillance cameras recorded 21-year-old Tyla Madisen Williams walking toward the self-checkout area with a friend in Walmart, located at 2501 Citrus Blvd., around 12:25 p.m., March 5, according to a case report from the Leesburg Police Department.
A loss prevention associate watching the cameras soon saw Williams mis-scanning merchandise, putting unpaid items in her cart and leaving the store. She and her friend came back around 4:50 p.m., and as they walked toward the hot food and snack aisle, Williams concealed items on her person, the report said…
