ORLANDO, FL – Unplugged Social Cafe, a new concept from Brooke Guevara and Juan Guevara, is now in soft opening at 8267 International Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32819. The cafe is currently open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., with the lounge portion launching March 19th at 7 p.m., Brooke Guevara told Business Debut.
The concept blends a daytime cafe with an evening lounge experience, centered on conversation, hospitality, and community. “We’re looking for a space that people can come and enjoy good conversation, good food and feel taken care of,” Guevara told Business Debut.
What to Expect
The cafe operates as a counter-service concept with open seating, designed to accommodate both social gatherings and quiet work sessions. Guests can order at the counter or via QR code and choose from a variety of seating, including tables, high-tops, a lounge-style “living room,” and a patio.
The space seats approximately 150 guests inside, with additional patio seating bringing total capacity closer to 175. Guevara described the environment as refined yet comfortable, with white tablecloths paired with a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere…
