ORLANDO, Fla. — Orange County Fire Rescue evacuated an apartment complex off West Sand Lake Road Thursday morning due to concerns of structural instability.
According to OCFR Division Chief William Farhat, 200 units at The Rialto Apartments in Orlando were evacuated due the structural concerns.
