Lt. Josephine Morris has retired from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office after 21 years with the agency and 41 years in law enforcement. She began her career in 1984 with the Anne Arundel County Police Department before joining OCSO in 2005, where she served in uniform patrol, domestic crimes, casualty assistance, and mobile field kitchen teams. Morris held the role of Sector 3 Night Watch Commander and earned two Unit Citation Awards and a Lifesaving Award for her service.
