Cops Swarm UCF McDonald’s After Reported Robbery

Deputies swarmed a McDonald’s just off the University of Central Florida plaza on Sunday evening after a reported robbery, and local video appears to show a suspect being taken into custody. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says the incident unfolded at roughly 6 p.m. at the restaurant on the 4200 block of N. Alafaya Trail. Officials have not released any suspect information or confirmed whether anyone was injured.

The agency put the time of the incident at around 6 p.m. at the N. Alafaya Trail location, and video obtained by a local TV crew appears to capture a person being taken into custody.
