Dr. Phillips Charities has named a new operator for the Packing District’s food hall.
Dr. Phillips Charities has confirmed that Pine Street Hospitality is now operating the 13,000-square-foot Great Southern Box Company Food Hall at 2105 N. Orange Blossom Trail in the Packing District.
The group, led by Scott Kotroba and Matty Bullitt, is already on-site. Pine Street has been running Walter’s Tavern inside the building since last fall and operates Bullitt Bar, McQueens, and Sessions Lounge locally…
