Oviedo moves to block development on Twin Rivers Golf Course property

OVIEDO, Fla. – City leaders in Oviedo have voted to prevent future development on the Twin Rivers Golf Course property, approving an official declaration aimed at preserving the land as green space.

The Oviedo City Council passed a declaration of restrictive covenants for the city-owned Twin Rivers Golf Course during a meeting Monday night. The decision formalizes the city’s longstanding commitment to keep the property free from development.
