WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – City leaders in Winter Garden approved a new strategy to support small businesses after months of rapid change in the downtown district left uncertainty about what comes next.
On Thursday, the Winter Garden Commission voted to approve a three-year agreement with Retail Strategies Inc. Consulting to help guide future growth and preserve the character of the city’s historic downtown.
