5 things to know about Parade of Homes Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — For 73 years, Central Floridians have been given access to some of the most luxurious homes with the latest in modern technology, architecture and amenities.

  1. The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) is hosting Parade of Homes Orlando on May 9-17, 2026.
  2. For 2026’s Parade, 60 homes are along the route. Families can create their own self-guided tours and choose whatever homes or apartments appeal to them.
