CASSELBERRY, Fla. — A plan to add roundabouts to a busy Casselberry road is facing so much pushback from residents that the city is now changing some of its plans.
State numbers show 11,400 drivers use Winter Park Drive every day between Red Bug Lake Road and State Road 434.
