TAMPA, Fla. — Five individuals from the Tampa and Orlando areas face maximum penalties of life in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges stemming from their involvement in a violent street gang known as Alexander Park, or “AP.”
United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced that Mohamed Jaber (33, Tampa), Irving Bruzon (28, Tampa), Christian Andujar (28, Tampa), Kyle Miller (34, Orlando), and Julissa Collazo (29, Tampa) have each pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute over 1,000 kilograms of marijuana.
In addition to the drug and racketeering charges, several members pleaded guilty to further violent and financial crimes. Andujar and Bruzon both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering and financial institution fraud. Andujar’s plea included two separate counts of the murder conspiracy charge. Jaber also pleaded guilty to an additional count of financial institution fraud.
