KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for the fatal shooting of his girlfriend, The Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Jaylen McDaniel plead guilty last month to voluntary manslaughter, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm, officials said.
According to court records, KCPD officers went to the 11500 block of Food Lane on the morning of March 13, 2023, after receiving a call about a shooting. Officers found a victim, Trianna Tisdale, inside. She was taken to a local hospital and later died…
