PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. — A warrant was issued Thursday for a Kansas City man charged with five counts of stealing following a December traffic stop.
Bryan Wayne Bailes, 49, is accused of possessing a stolen trailer in Platte County. He is being held on a $20,000 bond. No court dates are currently scheduled.
