KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A major traffic improvement project is moving forward in Johnson County, Kansas.
The city of Lenexa received a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation on Monday to help fund a new interchange at K-10 and Lone Elm Road.
The city was awarded a $16 million Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) discretionary grant.
