New owners of KC apartment building tell tenants they’ll restore power, fix other issues

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — It’s been nearly three weeks since the Kansas City Council authorized up to $500,000 for emergency repairs to a rundown apartment building.

North Lawn tenants want to know why nothing has been done, claiming they continue to live in dangerous conditions.
