OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – As school districts across the nation deal with declining enrollment due to lowered birth rates, the Olathe Public Schools says it’s no different.
In a letter to district parents shared Monday, Olathe Public Schools said declining enrollment and inadequate state funding for special education have resulted in a need for change.
