KANSAS CITY— Police investigating a fatal motorcycle accident in Kansas City have identified the victim as 21-year-old Levi Lathrop.
According to KCPD Officer Jhanelle Cole, a black Suzuki motorcycle driven by Lathrop was eastbound on Barry Road, past Sam Ray Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
