Johnson County Family Court Has Been Put On Full Blast In A Kansas Dad’s TikTok Account Going Viral

OLATHE, KS / FEBRUARY 7, 2024/ A divorced father from Gardner, Kansas has filed several lawsuits in federal and state courts alleging judicial misconduct against public officials involved in his family court case.

The father began reporting alleged improprieties in the Johnson County family court system in early 2023. Since then, he has filed multiple civil rights lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas against the Chief Judge of Johnson County, the presiding family court judge, and other officers of the court. Reports indicate the state judicial conduct commission did not take action on the primary subject of the father’s complaints.

As a result, the father has begun posting videos on the social media platform TikTok to bring further attention to his allegations of misconduct by the family court judge. The account named as The Kansas Dadvocate, within one week, his videos attained thousands upon thousands of views. And at the current rate of progression may hit 1 million in a matter of weeks. He also started an online fundraising campaign to support his legal efforts, that also contains the names and county cases of several other fathers that were in the Court of Judge Burmaster. Burmaster was removed off several men’s proceedings in late November 2023. The Go Fund Me shows beginning also to receive donations of supporters. https://gofund.me/8b1ecf8c
