KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – Students on board a school bus were not injured after the vehicle was involved in a crash on Thursday morning. The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department told KCTV5 that a car rear-ended a school bus in the area of 55th Street and Metropolitan Avenue. An official with the police department said the incident may have been weather-related with heavy bursts of rain hitting the area.
