KANSAS CITY, Kan. – A Jackson County judge sentenced a Kansas City, Kansas man to 40 years in prison for a fatal shooting in Kansas City. The judge imposed a 30-year sentence for Ivan D. Mock’s second-degree murder conviction and an additional ten years for his conviction of armed criminal action, with the sentences to run consecutively.
