OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) – Just after 12:30 a.m. Sunday crews from the Overland Park and Olathe Fire Departments responded to a duplex fire at 174th and Pflumm Road. The first units on the scene reported smoke and fire showing from the attic of a single-story duplex with reports of people still inside.
