Kansas City police are investigating a shooting that killed one person in Kansas City Saturday evening. Officers were called to a residence in the 2700 block of Garfield Avenue where they found a man with a gunshot wound unresponsive and who was declared dead at the scene. Several people were at the scene, according to Capt. Jake Becchina, spokesperson for the KCPD.
