KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Conservationists and hunters converged in Kansas City over the weekend as thousands attended the third National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic held in the Show-Me State.
Leaders of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever say that their National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic drew to a conclusion on Sunday, March 9, at the Kansas City Convention Center. A crowd of nearly 24,000 supporters flocked to the annual gathering to make it their largest event in Kansas City.
The organizations noted that the event celebrated the habitat, access, advocacy and education initiatives that lead the nation’s conservation group.
