Wichita, KS – Residents near Wichita were lightly shaken early Tuesday morning after a minor earthquake struck just south of Milton, roughly 30 miles from the city.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a 2.6 magnitude earthquake occurred at 3:22 a.m. CDT on March 25. The quake’s epicenter was located approximately 3 kilometers south of Milton, with a recorded depth of 8 kilometers.
