BREAKING — Just after 8:30 p.m., on Friday, March 28, Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) officers dispatched to the 400 block of Park Ave., within the Pendleton Heights neighborhood on a reported shooting call.
Once on the scene, officers located an adult male — who was experiencing gunshot wounds — lying on the ground. While KCPD performed on-scene medical assistance, Emergency Medical Personnel (EMS) was requested.
