Charges filed after fight outside Kansas City bar leaves victim with brain injury

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Charges have been filed against a man believed to have left his victim with a traumatic brain injury after a fight outside a Kansas City bar.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, March 26, indicate that Teron D. Spagner, 24, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection to a bar fight that left one man with a traumatic brain injury.
