KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man and woman have been charged in connection to an alleged attempt to kidnap and rob a victim at an area hotel before they led investigators on a high-speed chase.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, April 8, indicate that Heather N. Hodges, 26, and Sergio Marquez, 34, both of Kansas City, have been charged in connection to the incident.
