KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Two men have been charged with conspiracy to give out methamphetamine.
37-year-old Ramon Garcia-Parra and 32-year-old Abraham Acevedo-Hernandez were charged in a criminal complaint on June 5.
