Emporian sentenced to over 10 years in prison following fatal Johnson County wreck last year

An Emporia man will spend over a decade in prison following a fatal wreck in Johnson County over a year ago.

Following the crash in May 2024, Jason Eli Brumley had pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter-driving under the influence and two counts of aggravated battery.
