KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man who set fire to a sober living house Monday morning has been charged with arson.
Court documents filed Monday in Jackson County charged 41-year-old Jeremy Kelly with first-degree arson. He’s accused of setting fire to his bedroom inside the home just a day after moving in.
