OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – An Olathe man has been sentenced to prison for his role in bilking investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Michael Davin, 69, a one-time trusted investor with Premier Global Corporation, was sentenced in Johnson County District Court on July 17 to a little more than 7 years in prison on one felony count of securities fraud, often referred to as stock or investment fraud.
