Major tech company to build new $10 billion 500-acre campus in Northland

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A new 500-acre tech campus is coming to Kansas City’s Northland.

Port KC’s Board of Commissioners approved the authorization of $10 billion in taxable revenue bonds to finance “Project Mica” – a new development in the northeast corner of Interstate 435 and Highway 169 in Kansas City’s Northland.
