KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A 19-year-old faces several charges after he allegedly shot a childhood friend during what is thought to be an attempted robbery.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Saturday, Aug. 2, indicate that Keshawn Howard, 19, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with the shooting.
