An armed suspect who demanded a store employee call 911 and say they were being robbed Friday afternoon was shot and killed outside the store by Kansas City, Kansas, police officers.
The incident happened about 3:10 p.m. at 8301 State Ave., according to a news release from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI).

The suspect, identified by the KBI as Paul Beasley, Jr., 24, of Kansas City, Kansas, walked into the store and pointed a gun at the cashier, according to a KBI news release.
