MERRIAM, Kan. (KCTV) – A pair of businesses located off Shawnee Mission Parkway have been sold to be part of a larger redevelopment project.
Block & Company, Inc., Realtors announced Thursday that the Chipotle restaurant and Shell gas station located on the northeast quadrant of I-35 and Shawnee Mission Parkway has been sold to a buyer affiliated with Drake Development.
