KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department is investigating a crash that left one person in critical condition.
The crash occurred around 12:47 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, on southbound I-29 and U.S. 169 Hwy. A preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford F150 was traveling southbound on I-29 while weaving in and out of traffic. The Ford then ran off the roadway to the right, traveled southbound on the right shoulder and struck the leading edge of the steel guardrail.
The driver, who was found to not have been wearing a seatbelt, was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries…
