JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. (KCTV) – The Johnson County Board of County Commissioners awarded more than $2 million toward an area nonprofit in an effort to serve the county’s homeless population.
During a meeting Thursday night, the BOCC approved a conditional award of $2.38 million in federal funds to Metro Lutheran Ministry, which has served in the Kansas City metro for more than 50 years.
