Homemade explosives, meth found during traffic stop lead to arrest of Kansas City man

ARCHIE, Mo. (KCTV) – Several homemade explosives and methamphetamine found during a Cass County traffic stop led to the arrest of a Kansas City man.

The Cass County, Missouri, Sheriff’s Office says that just after 2 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3, law enforcement officials spotted a driver who made a lane violation on I-49.
