OAK GROVE, Mo. – The Oak Grove Police Department has issued a SILVER Advisory for a missing 84-year-old man.
Floyd S. Vogan was last seen on Sunday near F Highway in Oak Grove around 9 a.m.
He is a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 200 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. His clothing is unknown. Vogan has a long white beard and long fingernails. According to police, he has an unkempt appearance…
