NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a Kansas City man was hospitalized with serious injuries Sunday morning.
Around 3:40 a.m. on Sept. 21, MSHP, North Kansas City police and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office were called to Interstate 35 near Missouri Route 210.
