Kansas City man pleads guilty in meth and fentanyl conspiracy case

A Kansas City man pleaded guilty in federal court to participating in a drug trafficking conspiracy involving methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Donnique H. Kelley, 36, entered his plea before U.S. District Judge Roseann Ketchmark, admitting to conspiring to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and at least 40 grams of fentanyl.

Court records show that between Dec. 14, 2022, and March 23, 2023, Kelley and his co-conspirators sold methamphetamine and fentanyl to law enforcement officials on at least seven occasions…
