OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – An Albuquerque man has been sentenced to more than a half-century in prison for the murder of a Gardner woman inside an Olathe hotel room in 2023.
Franklin Bluelake, who pled guilty in June to the murder of Rhoda Morgan, was sentenced to 620 months in prison for second-degree murder on Wednesday, Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe announced.
