Construction has started on The Rocks, a new development at 48th and Roe Parkway in Roeland Park. The project is led by EPC Development. It will include 287 apartments, a parking facility, and a restaurant. The site was previously underused. This is one of the largest private investments in Roeland Park in recent years.
