KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KOAM) – Last week, while on patrol, a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper observed a stolen vehicle that had recently failed to stop for Kansas City Kansas Police (KCKPD). When the Trooper initiated a traffic stop, the vehicle fled, prompting a pursuit.
He was able to successfully conduct a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI), bringing the vehicle to a stop.
Driver was arrested for felony flee and elude, felony possession of stolen property, misdemeanor interference, driving without a valid license, and a $5,000 fail to appear warrant out of the Johnson County, Kan.
