Man accused of trespassing at Travis Kelce’s home sentenced, says he was serving subpoena

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The man accused of trespassing at Travis Kelce’s home in Leawood, Kansas, earlier this fall has been sentenced.

On Tuesday, Justin Lee Fisher entered into a diversion agreement in Leawood Municipal Court. He was sentenced to probation and fined $1,000. A diversion agreement allows a defendant to avoid a criminal conviction by completing a set of program requirements.

According to Leawood police, just before 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 15, hours after the Chiefs played the Philadelphia Eagles at Arrowhead Stadium, officers were called to a private gated neighborhood to investigate a trespassing incident.

Fisher was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing.
