Half of a Kansas City couple arrested with fentanyl-laced methamphetamine in Pettis County after striking a school bus during a police chase pleads guilty.
Alicia Ealey pleaded down Monday to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to a total of four years in prison.
It was last November when a Pettis County deputy attempted to stop a pickup truck that was pulling a camper near the Missouri State Fairgrounds. The deputy had spotted the driver, Joshua Ewing, passing motorists while speeding. During the following pursuit, Ewing pulled into a parking lot where he struck a school bus causing injury to the driver. Ewing kept driving until he became stuck in a muddy field…
