KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The owner of American Shaman is pushing back against the FDA’s claims in a newly filed motion to dismiss a lawsuit.
Shaman Botanicals, LLC, based in Kansas City, Missouri, filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit. In November, the FDA seized over-the-counter dietary supplements containing 7-OH from two of the company’s warehouses.
