KANSAS CITY, Mo. — After Kansas “put an end” to negotiations with the Kansas City Royals on a new stadium development, leaders on the other side of the state line are saying they feel the same.
On Wednesday, Clay County Commissioner Jason Withington said that he was done negotiating with the team.
